Dear Parents,

We are delighted to announce that Penygawsi Primary School will be holding 'The Pen Masquerade Ball', in support of The Brain Injury Trust and Rockwood hospital.



This is a whole school event and would love to see as many parents there as possible and will be a great opportunity for new parents to meet at a social event. The PTA will be helping to coordinate the event but we have decided that all proceeds will be donated to the charities.



The date and venue have been confirmed, Friday 13th July 2018, DeCourceys Manor Pentyrch.

Tickets served on a first come first served basis at £35 per head, which will include a three-course dinner and entertainment. We do not require full payment at present but if you would like to secure your tickets a deposit of £10 per person needs to be paid to Mrs Cox in Reception ASAP with your details.



Tables of 10 are also available, if you can arrange this between yourselves, please ensure that all 10 names and deposits are placed together into an envelope. If you are booking tickets in pairs, we will aim to seat you with parents who have children in your child's year group.



Further details are to follow about the deadline for full payment and timings will be sent out during the term. If you have any queries please leave a message at the office and a member of the PTA will respond in due course.
